PRAWN UDON NOODLES WITH CHILLI, KAFFIR & LIME BUTTER

Easy Thai style prawn noodles in minutes.

WITH FLAVOUR FIEND’S Chilli, Kaffir Lime & Coriander

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS

600g Prawn cutlets

1kg Udon Noodles

1 Red Capsicum sliced thin

1 Bunch Asian Greens

1 Handful Mung Beans

Fish Sauce optional

RECIPE

Heat oil in a large pan, season prawns and sear.
Add red capsicum to pan with Asian greens when prawns are almost cooked.
When greens are wilted toss noodles through pan.
Add half a cup of water and stir through.
Add 1 pottle a spoon at a time of Flavour Fiend Chilli, Kaffir Lime & Coriander Finishing Butter.
When butter is melted stir through and serve with Mung Beans & a splash of fish sauce.
