INGREDIENTS

8 Chicken Kebabs

Half a Tin Coconut Cream

1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter

1 Tablespoon Toasted Indian Spice Butter softened

RECIPE

Season and panfry the chicken kebabs.
Simmer the coconut cream to reduce slightly.
Add peanut butter & Toasted Indian Spice butter.
Whisk and savour the spicey aroma.
Pour over kebabs and grab yourself a wine.
(If you want to impress someone) Garnish with toasted coconut & coriander.
